Delivery and payment

Delivery of goods across Ukraine is carried out by the Nova Poshta company.
Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. will be sent on the day of receipt of payment, those placed after 3:00 p.m. will be sent the next day.

The product, which is not available, but is possible before production, is expected to last from 5 to 7 working days.
The cost of delivery is paid by the client in accordance with the tariffs of the delivery service. An additional payment is also provided for the address collection of parcels.

After your order is sent, you will receive a TTN (bill of lading) number, which you can use to track the parcel.

Delivery costs, as well as additional fees for the transfer of funds by the transport and logistics company, are paid by the client.
The cost and terms of delivery depend on the selected transport and logistics company and the city where the parcel will be sent.

We deliver worldwide through the companies “Meest” and “Nova Poshta”. The delivery time by the companies “Meest” and “Nova Poshta” is 10-15 working days.

The cost of delivery is calculated according to the carrier’s tariffs. Payment for delivery is made at the time of placing the order.

Upon arrival in the country of destination, international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes as required by local customs.
The recipient is responsible for paying all additional costs related to customs clearance.
