Exchange and return
The customer has the right to return a product of proper quality to the seller from whom it was purchased if the item does not meet expectations in terms of shape, dimensions, style, color, or size.
The customer has the right to exchange a product of improper quality for a similar item without defects, if available, or to choose another item from the assortment of equal value.
Exchanges or returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of order placement, provided that the purchase receipt is available and the item remains in its original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
Shipping costs for exchanges and returns of items of proper quality are covered by the customer.
Refunds for returned items are processed within 4–9 business days (depending on the card-issuing bank) from the date the return is received and the refund request is created by the store.
Please note that the seller reserves the right to refuse an exchange or return if the rules and conditions outlined in this section are not met.
The following items are not eligible for exchange or return:
- – items that have been worn or used
- – items that have been dry-cleaned or washed
- – items with removed tags or labels
- – items used for photo or video shoots
- – items without a purchase receipt
- – items made to individual specifications
- – items delivered outside Ukraine (international delivery)
- – underwear, swimwear, bodysuits
- – gloves
- – hair accessories
- – jewelry of proper quality
– gift cards
International orders are not eligible for exchange or return.
